iBuild Construction & Design LLC is a DFW construction company based in Richardson, Texas. Our commercial division works with building owners, property managers and business operators. Our residential division applies the same attention to roofing, exterior work and property care.
We organize construction observations, scope development and estimating around the actual assignment. That approach helps ownership see what is proposed, what assumptions affect the estimate and what decisions are needed before work proceeds.
A construction scope should be understandable. Photographs should connect to locations. Changes should connect to approvals. Closeout should preserve the information ownership needs for the next phase of the property.
Our project network includes estimating, aerial documentation and technical specialists. Licensed engineers and environmental professionals perform their own regulated work. Owners retain attorneys and public adjusters independently when they need legal advice or claims representation.
iBuild provides construction services, site observations and repair estimates. Engineering, legal advice, public adjusting and regulated environmental services are provided by independently retained professionals licensed for their respective work. iBuild does not act as a public adjuster or provide mold assessment or regulated mold remediation.
