Commercial

A stronger exterior starts below the finish.

iBuild plans commercial exterior improvements around surface condition, repair requirements and the selected finish system. The work is defined before a coating is applied or a visible defect is covered.

  • Improve the details that shape the property.

The agreed scope can include exterior painting, stucco and trim repairs, coating preparation, handrails, gates, metalwork and specified washing. Quantities, repair boundaries and product selections are established for the actual property.

  • Address the substrate first.

Visible deterioration, failed coatings and repair areas are documented before the finish work begins. Preparation and priming are matched to the approved substrate and coating system. Additional concealed damage is reviewed through a written scope decision.

  • Keep the property usable around the work.

Scaffolding, lift routes, pedestrian access, parking, tenant notices and service areas are coordinated with management. Housekeeping and protection of adjacent finishes are included in the project plan.

  • Give ownership a record of the improvement.

Completed-work photographs, agreed product information and punch-list status support turnover. The maintenance plan can then track exterior conditions and the next review interval.

Bring the exterior scope into focus.

Share the property location, known repair areas and any available measurements or photographs.
