Commercial

A clear plan for the building you intend to create.

Commercial new construction begins with more than a drawing or a price. iBuild helps organize the construction scope around the intended use, design requirements, approvals, site conditions and the decisions ownership needs to make.

  • Define the project before committing to the work.

We review available plans and site information, identify construction assumptions and develop the agreed scope with the appropriate design, engineering and trade professionals. Budget options remain connected to the systems and finishes they describe.

  • Keep the interfaces visible.

Site work, utilities, structure, enclosure and interior systems depend on each other. The delivery plan identifies those interfaces and the approvals needed before the related work proceeds. Licensed design and regulated trade services remain with the professionals responsible for them.

  • Build with documented decisions.

Selections, access requirements, schedule assumptions and changes are recorded throughout the project. Progress reporting focuses on completed work, the next activities and decisions that could affect delivery.

  • Turn over a building with an organized record.

Closeout requirements are established for the project and may include applicable permits and inspections, product information, warranties, punch-list completion and operating or maintenance records supplied by the relevant contractors.
