Technical documentation

Construction intelligence that supports the full repair scope.

Complex properties call for a construction record that can be understood and reviewed. iBuild brings site observations, estimating and organized documentation together so the condition, required work and supporting records remain connected.

  • Build the file around the physical work.

The construction record can include dated site photographs, measured quantities, itemized repair estimates, scope assumptions, project correspondence and completed-work records. Findings are tied to their source and location so the next professional can review them in context.

  • Use technology where it improves the record.

Drone specialists can provide aerial imagery where access and operating requirements allow. Infrared observations can identify patterns that warrant further investigation. AI-assisted tools can support image organization and document review, with human review of outputs before they inform a scope.

  • The right specialist for the right question.

Our project network can include estimators, drone specialists, engineers and environmental teams. When ownership independently retains attorneys or public adjusters, we can provide the construction records relevant to their work. Professional conclusions and claim representation remain with those professionals.

iBuild provides construction services, site observations and repair estimates. Engineering, legal advice, public adjusting and regulated environmental services are provided by independently retained professionals licensed for their respective work. iBuild does not act as a public adjuster or provide mold assessment or regulated mold remediation.

  • Observations are checked before conclusions are made.

Thermal patterns are not proof of moisture or mold, and aerial imagery does not establish insurance coverage. Further measurement or a licensed specialist's evaluation may be required. AI assists the documentation process; it does not replace professional judgment.
