Complimentary review

A clearer picture of your property, at no charge for the initial review.

iBuild offers a complimentary initial visual construction condition review for commercial and residential properties. We document agreed accessible areas, identify visible concerns and outline practical next steps for repairs or further evaluation.

  • Know what is being reviewed.

The initial review is scoped with the owner or authorized property manager. It can include accessible roof and exterior conditions, drainage observations, visible finish deterioration and selected interior evidence of leaks. Access and safety conditions determine the areas that can be observed.

  • A useful record for the next decision.

The review provides dated photographs and concise construction observations for the agreed areas, together with suggested repair priorities or specialist referrals where appropriate. The scope of any subsequent work is established separately.

  • Act early and preserve the record.

Document conditions promptly and take reasonable steps to prevent further damage when it is safe to do so. Insurance policies have different notice, reporting and other requirements. Report suspected covered damage directly to your insurer promptly and consult your agent or independently retained claims professional about the terms of your policy.

  • Maintenance and covered loss are different questions.

Routine upkeep and wear-related repairs need attention even when insurance is not involved. Coverage is evaluated under your policy by your insurer, with advice from the qualified professionals you retain. A construction review helps document the condition and repair scope; it does not determine insurance entitlement.

  • Initial review terms

The complimentary offer covers the agreed initial visual construction review. Destructive investigation, detailed testing, engineering, regulated environmental services, specialist reports and repair work are separately scoped and may carry fees. This review is not a licensed real estate transaction inspection or environmental assessment.
